Garden Decking

Looking to get a bit of Garden decking down in the garden.

Not a big space, about 160-170sq ft. Waiting on a few quotes to come back.

Does anyone konw what it should cost and what type of wood is best? Anyone know any suppliers on North East.

Have someone to lay it and do some other work on graden with it.

I just finished putting down decking in my own garden,I used a scandanavian softwood i think it was called..
It wasn't that dear either i got it wholesale for 60cents a foot
I didn't bother with the treated timber for the base i just use a load of 2x4's i took of various sites i was working on and creseouted (sp?) them..
Its handy enough to put down once you have your frame square and level
