McGeeney took, what 6 years to win a championship game. Never got Armagh promoted out of Div 2 in those years, that's wobble central and look what happened ..kneejerk from the CB, man deserved another year

McGeeney first came on board as Paul Grimley's coach on the team that lost the All Ireland Quarter final narrowly to Donegal in 2014.

Was it the Derry county board or the players responsible for allowing Mickey Harte leave after just one year? he led Derry to their first Divison one league title for 16 years and reached the last eight of the championship which was a decent job.  Nobody would have the opinion Harte did a  "decent job for the most part (some wobbles)" had he the record of Tally this year.

Morgan's kickouts were a disaster against Dublin - but they still managed to win.
I thought Tyrone were poor against Dublin until that last 10-15mins, and I thought Dublin were poor throughout.
Tyrone's main players are still the older guys, Peter Harte, Mattie Donnelly and McGeary - if Kerry get on top of them out the field and break even around the MF area the supply won't be there regardless of what combination of forwards Tyrone play.

However, if the 3 mentioned above get on top and can last the full game, then Tyrone are in with a shout.

Kerry have been inconsistent all year, but can switch it on and have the forwards who are more capable of winning their own battles than Tyrone do - on that point I agree with O'Se. But if in this game Kerry don't play at their best, then can be caught because the same applies to them in that if there is no supply going forward they will struggle for scores.

I think Kerry have the defenders to go man-to-man on DC and McCurry, not sure Tyrone can say the same about Seanie O'Shea or Cliffords.
For me, Tyrone's best chance is to run at the Kerry defence - which takes a lot of energy especially in the hot weather.
I don't think there'll be a huge gap between them, but in general I think Kerry have better players in more positions and so will likely win by 5 or 6.

How many wides and shots were dropped short after Dublin won a Tyrone kick out? Kerry are less likely to be wasteful when given opportunities.

They were a great team but was definitely brutal hits.

Regardless what happens against Cork next it's been some turnaround in a year by Tipperary. Last year they finished bottom in the Munster championship group without a win to their name. 

The Referees decision making will be a talking point after this match.

The accent on your wan on RTE is awful. 

Very emotional stuff by the Kerry manager,  clearly a very tough defeat to take especially the manner of it.  When four points ahead with 12 minutes to play with the wind advantage they must have thought the win for there for them. Then took the lead again on 60 minutes after the set back with the Tyrone scored penalty.  Am I right in saying the match winning score from Diarmuid Martin is the lad that replaced Joel Kerr in the starting team today?

Tyrone will be annoyed to find themselves two points behind at half time.  Were the better team in that half and switched off in the final three of four minutes which you can't do against Kerry at any grade.

I wouldnt mind seeing them  but it's the  many dicks in the crowd I'd  end up slapping. One big  tiktok/selfie-fest. The music is secondary. It's  all about being seen to have been there.

Punditry is all well and good for now, but in time I will look forward to answering the call and hopefully serve my county from the front line, as opposed to the back pages.

And if I ever get the chance, I'll be doing everything I can to win the county's first All-Ireland title, if Gabriel Bannigan hasn't got us over the line before then.

For counties our size, chances like that don't come around too often. When we look around at our Ulster peers, it's hard not to feel we've let more than one opportunity slip over the years.
If that opportunity ever does come, I'll be looking to conjure up my own inner Ice Cube and find a few haters to nudge us up that proverbial mountain. Because the truth is, Monaghan haven't had enough of them, either from within or outside the county, to push us that extra mile.
