Outside Help.

Hot topic came up in recent discussions amongst friends.
How rife is paid 'Outside help' on the club scene in the GAA?
We all know its a done thing and goes on but how widespread is it actually? Are certain counties worse than others in terms of amount of clubs ponying up?
Whether it be strength and conditioning 'experts', Psychologists, Analysts, coaches or managers, just what percentage of a county would have clubs who are paying for outside help at some stage of their season.
