Glen definitely favourites for the title and they are one of only two former winners with Rostrevor, Down, being the other.  Rostrevor beat Mayobridge in the Down final by 3 points but looked like they could do more damage than they actually did.  Didnt score for 18 minutes but once they got going they looked good.  Add in the fact that they reached the Ulster U16 final two years ago and they could be a threat to Glens chances.  Tryone champions are always strong so would expect a lot from Ardboe.  I believe the winner will come from these 3 teams (in reality though you dont know what standard of other teams are like so its more a guesstimate than an educated guess).

How many of last years teams do Glen and Arboe have playing?

Ardboe have 12 of last year's starting 15 available.

Beware this stat.  Warrenpoint won last years Down title and had 12 of their starting team available this year also.  They didnt even make the Down Final this year.

Anyone know when the draw is made for Ulster?

This Monday night coming.

Rostrevor have won 5 of the last 10 Down MFC's but haven't been able to translate it to senior yet.

Beware this post. Ardboe have 12 of last years team and were very comfortable  in this years championship in Tyrone. Ardboe are an excellent side, great at attacking down the wings and play a quick countering game with a good spread of stand out individuals and a very good management set up. I expect them to give Ulster a real rattle this year and I think they could be a match for the Watty's.
