Barrowhouse, Annanough and Kilcavan all doing well here and all have brought some good young players through in the last year or two.

Will be a competitive Junior A championship including The Rock. Surely a first team has to win it this year.

If I was a betting man I'd go for Annanough for the junior. They have three or 4 good lads at 21/22mark and about 5 minors 3 of which were possibly Co minor standard  coming through. Good manager in Paul Lalor who has a good buy in

Saw Portlaoise and Annanough last Tuesday and even though  Portlaoise won by a couple of points Annanough are motoring well and will be a threat . I fancy Barrowhouse though and think they'll take stopping this year .
They are  actually playing each other this Thursday I believe in Vicarstown  . Will be a good indicator .

Nice to Kilcavan winning silverware. Some grand young players coming through.
Think it's Mountmellick v Killeen or Joseph's in Division 3 final.

I watched Kilcavan play Annanough and Barrowhouse in Div 4 semi final and final, very little to separate all 3 sides and each could beat one another on a given day. Annanough do have to play Camross and Spink in their group, 2 sides who can be very tricky to beat given they usually have plenty of players who are training with senior hurlers.
