Apparently the Irish one made a heartfelt plea about abject poverty and inhumane living conditions and has begged not to be sent home to Dungannon

Is she originally from Dungannon? Heard she comes from a traveller background.

Originally from monaghan, tantamount to the same thing really.

Not too bad alright, Murphy's brummie accent isn't the worse I've heard but far from perfect, Helen McCrory seems to have got it dead on. Promising start. Good soundtrack too.

Nick cave song to start certainly grabs the attention, good first episode. Sam Neil's accent was a bit dodgy too.

aye, some craic around that body and soul area, loved the rave in the woods. brilliant weekend, was at felix da housecat and left to watch artic monkeys but found them a bit dull on it, not headline material imo, ended up going back over to catch the end of felix;s set. all in all a great weekends craic, as much for the company as anything else. some rides about, unreal.

Was down. Good time as usual but it seemed a bit too bunged for my liking, particularly on the Sunday with the day tickets. I would imagine that the reputation Oxegen has earned for itself has a lot of people opting for a change of venue. The cheaper than usual tickets probably a factor this year too.

any standout acts for you?

How much were the tickets this year Charlie . Remeber looking last year but they were nearly 200 yo yo s i think .

they were on sale earlier in the year for 170, bit cheaper because it was their tenth birthday, well worth it, the price always put me off in the past but I wouldn't miss it again.

I'm arranging a road trip to Amsterdam, flights are pretty much booked out only the expensive seats are left, i've tried almost every airline out of every uk airport and all are taken up so going to hire a mini bus and all the lads drive over...should be some craic. As far as i know i'm going to pick the bus up in Scotland and drive to Hull then ferry to Zeebrugge and drive up to Amsterdam...

any spare seats? :)

Milltown will you ever grow up and quit those inane Borat references.

Sorry, didn't realise it was inane, would you rather me talk about Lennon acting a complete nut job on the line during the first half?

would probably be better if you just fucked off altogether, you are worse than a hun.
