Derrynoose GAC, Co. Armagh, are attempting to break a World Record Attempt for the most participants in the 100 metre relay over 12 hours on Saturday 12th June. It is a fundraiser with a difference where clubs and organisations can fundraise on top and raise much needed monies - up to and more than 10k could be raised by clubs.
Also on the same day all four codes, camogie, ladies football, hurling and football, will see FOUR fada competitions for county titles up for grabs at senior level. As far as we are aware this has never happened anywhere else in Ireland and how many FADA competitions do you see these days?.
