The fact is this stadium will be empty for 360 days a year. That's factoring in a generous 3 sell outs for ulster semis ( as rare as hens teeth) and final.

I can't remember the format next year , but from this week's neutral games , the only potential match Casement might host would be Monaghan v Down , or at a very big push, Derry v Dublin or Tyrone v Cavan.
Even then, the last two doesn't make much sense
You can be sure this would be hosted in a new Casement, to make the economics work if for no other reason. Maybe a double header with one of the other aforementioned fixtures.
