The Americans
t**ker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy
The Good Shepherd
No Way Out
Bridge of Spies
Charlie Wilson's War
Argo
Spy Game

Not Cold War, but if you want espionage, The Bureau (Le Bureau des Legendes) is the best written, most suspenseful, most thrilling and gripping depiction of it ever seen on screen, large or small. And it's not even close.

Some great shows there

To state the blindingly obvious but it shouldn't matter which party the minister belongs to.   I don't think you can criticise SF for choosing a more important department.

Gordon Lyons is sitting on this for one reason.  He doesn't want the Euros, or any other sizeable event to be held in west Belfast regardless of the benefits it brings to the rest of the city.  Call it what it is.  Bigotry.

Same as FermGael"s:

Acquiesce
The Masterplan
Sunday Morning Call

So, going on the most votes I reckon that's side 1 of the GaaBoarders mixtape:

A Rainy night in Soho
In My Life
Orange Crush
One
Gimme Shelter
Like a Rolling Stone
Like a Hurricane
Layla
Bohemian Rhapsody
Smells like Teen Spirit

Not a bad listen..

About a Girl
Penny Royal Tea
All Apologies
#37
Bohemian Rhapsody
Killer Queen
Radio Ga Ga

I wouldn't listen to them that much

Good post Wobbler but Layla & Wonderful Tonight are played regularly on some stations Absolute Classic Rock i think..... I'm not aware of his other songs entering the movie / popular culture arena etc but would suggest that he was one of the first artists who were'cancelled'.  I know that I've never even streamed a song of his due to that racist outburst.. i purpose we don't add him to the 3 favourite song list..

Neil Young doesn't seem too popular amongst our GAA boarders..
#42
I saw him with Pearl Jam at the RDS in 1995.  Full rock-out

I wouldn't be a massive Neil Young fan but got into him around the time of his MTV unplugged (incidentally Nirvana's absolute classic was around the same time).  Anyway my 3 favourites would be:

Like a Hurricane
The Needle & the Damage Done
Rockin' in the Free World

I'd agree.  3 songs is limiting.  Perhaps you should've asked which album is your favourite? I own about 15 & would say Highway 61 Revisited.  I don't proclaim to be an expert either..
