Owen Roes v Derrylaughan
Aghyaran v Moortown
Moy v Rock

Carrickmore v Killyclogher
Loughmacrory v Dungannon
Ardboe v Trillick
Errigal Ciaran v Clonoe

Clonoe to beat Errigal... You haven't a clue. How many Clonoe players would make the Errigal starting 15. McClure doesn't get in over McDonnell or Oguz, their defence is the worst in Tyrone. Not even sure Mcaliskey would make their forward line? Madden should focus on his team rather than articles in the Irish News.

Skeet over Odhran Robinson and Mickey O'Neill over Darragh McAnenly.
Also would rather have Dwayne Quinn over Niall Kelly.
Michael O'Neill - Darragh McAnenly
Dwayne Quinn - Ciaran Quinn
Aidan Brady - Aidan McCrory
Ciaran O'Neill - Dermot Morrow
Shane Hughes - Peter Og McCartan
Shane McCann - Peter Harte
PJ Lavery - Niall Kelly
Stephen McNulty - Ben McDonnell
Shane O'Hagan - Joe Oguz
Ryan T O'Neill - Mark Kavanagh
Collie Doris - Padraig McGirr
Patrick Doris - Ciaran McGinley
Paul Coney - Darragh Canavan
Dan McNulty - Odhran Robinson
Conor McAliskey - Ruairi Canavan

Declan McClure - Eoin Kelly
Gary Coney - Tiernan Colhoun
Ryan R O'Neill - Tommy Canavan

Clonoe:11 Errigal:7 - Clonoe by 4
Tommy Canavan played about 3 games all year. Would agree with this post though. Will take the underdog tag  ;D

Killyclogher done out of a point that looked well in and would have put them 3 ahead.

Carrickmore in the end fortunate that Penrose was allowed to get away with a lot of steps for his point or they'd be gone after that last gasp Killyclogher goal.

Any concept of the domino effect would have a different result on that game

If anything to bring up for carrickmore being " fortunate " would be the point given wide during 2nd half

there was another incident in the 1st half when Killyclogher were coming out of defence had and the pass was going straight to a Killyclogher player but the ref got in the way and Carrickmore got a point from the resulting hop ball.

And they butchered 3 goal chances before the Carmen 4 gifted them one.

Didn't get to watch the games tonight. How did the Greencastle beragh game fair out? Thought Beragh might have had an sos in them.

A good entertaining game. Greencastle were more direct in their play and whilst Beragh had more possession they spent their time moving it round the middle third. When it broke down Greencastle went at them at pace. Cahir McCullagh hit some great points.

Best intermediate game I've seen so far in championship. Beragh could well have had a goal at the end. Think it was the CHB that the ball dropped in front of and he hit it on the half volley instead of catching it to shoot and he sliced it. Could've had another goal after that as well but didn't materialise. Beragh looked weak in terms of squad depth, think they have 3 or 4 key men injured? Greencastle played most of the football though. Far quicker in getting from defence to attack. Think a Greencastle player got away with a stamp on the far side of the pitch from the stand. Enjoyable game overall

Greencastle were good
Lightening fast transition through the hands rarely taking the ball into contact. Cahir McCullagh put on some display of kicking
Year over for Beragh. Will we see Conor Gormley togging out now for the replay on Thursday night?

Clogher relegated on penos. That's a tough one.

Derrylaughan through after a big push in the last 10 minutes. They'll be hard to beat

Quote from: Cranagh_Bandit on September 21, 2024, 03:20:33 PMDid someone say Owen roes have a forwards coach. Must be best paid forwards coach in Ireland for they don't go forward.. majority that Owen roes team wouldn't start in a football team in kilkenny

Yet half the forum would of had you believe Cathal McShane was a leader and was going to run riot all week, said it since post all ireland, he's overrated.
