Did Leinster Council get advice from Israel?

Maybe we've stumbled on something here! Dayton is dead. Forget the Oslo accord. The Portlaoise Peace Process could be the answer.

Palestine have a fine team this year but a Leinster title might just be beyond them. They have a mighty corner forward in Rahman Abdel-Raouf and a strong presence in midfield in the towering al-Qudwa al-Husseini.

If someone is "expelled from the Association", does this just mean he/she can no longer become a registered member of the Association?  It is not as if he/she can be prevented from attending matches or anything like that.  Can he/she still attend the club's A.G.M. and take part in local GAA activities for instance?
