Boiled Dublin Queens with butter,  mixed with a whole chopped and fried onion and 3 bacon rashers.   Not sure any dish on the planet beats it.

Beans absolutely belong in a fry. Hash browns too.

No place for any form potato/soda bread or pancakes. Nor chips. Chips with a friend is for prods.

The Derry fry has a little patty of minced steak. To me that plus the spuds fried. It sets Derry apart.
