Id happily of got rid of Fergie in 04/05 too, nothing to do with football though... and I can't speak for Maroon Manc but I'd imagine it's the tiresome Class of 92 brand that's sprung up lately that he's on about rather than the individual guys?

Liverpool won't be winning this, come on now. Maybe a top 4 finish. Having said that, why not try win it? If you fail, you might end up in the top 4 anyway.
The ones who should be winning this, and who should be kicking themselves in my opinion, are Arsenal.
Some woeful results against inferior opposition this year West Brom springing to mind have seen them just happy in the comfort zone or the Arsenal zone it should be called (3/4 spot).
10/1 on Liverpool winning the league is some good value (Boylesports) if you think about their form since Klopp has come in.
If Klopp could persuade some of his old Dortmund mates (Hummels and Reus spring to mind) to join in January it could make for a great second half of a season.

Its like this. Some fans get excited about their clubs net spend.
Other fans get excited about their team wining 6-1 away from home in a Cup 1/4 Final.
Don't think anyone is getting carried away, but signs are good for the future.
I think ultimately the fans get excited about winning leagues, winning league cups and to a certain extent winning FA cups don't be cutting the mustard .....
Utd and Liverpool wont be doing that anytime soon... Sturridges injuries will continue and the form will drop when he's not playing... like the year Liverpool should have won the league one swallow doesn't make a summer....

Neville is as good an analyst as sky have, however thought he was a poor commentator.

I think Van Gaal has made a decent start. I think he has concentrated on making them very hard to beat, and very machine like. I don't think they play off the cuff at all any more, and that is why United fans themselves have been harsh on him.
They are second in the table, probably going through to the next round of the Champions league, and I'd take that in a heartbeat if I was a United fan.
That said, I think he's on a journey with this club, and where he is now is not the destination. The next step is obviously to start scoring more goals and being more confident in his players in an attacking sense. But I'm sure he's thinking that too, and will continue to evolve in that sense.
So I think he's in the process of doing a good job, and as a Liverpool fan, I'm not happy he's there, but he hasn't completed the job by a long chalk just yet.
If they question is, is he getting the most out of the players he has bought, I would say at the moment the answer is probably no, but when he finishes I expect he will do.

I know this is only ball hopping at this stage, re net spend, but humour me. Below is Brendan Rodgers' summary of his transfer dealings at Liverpool. He ended up with a Net Spend of 91m. Should he be excused, should he still be liverpool manager, did he do a good job, if his net spend is less than 100m?
During his three year period as manager of Liverpool, Brendan Rodgers oversaw the signings of thirty three players and the departure of another thirty eight. Those incoming transfers cost approximately £291,550,000 at an average of over £8,800,000 per player, and the departures have brought in approximately £200,250,000 in transfer fees. Rodgers therefore oversaw a net spend of approximately £91,300,000 on transfer fees during his time in charge of the team.
Obviously I understand the difference between total spend and net spend, but I look at value for money on the 291m he did spend. Perhaps a lot of that spend wouldn't have happened if Suarez and Sterling had stayed, but did the players he bought justify the money he spent on them. Did he get the best out of what he had? That's the measure of a manager, not his net spend.

I think anyone can charge to do something like that. Do you call a plumber something because he unblocks your toilet? Not every one knows what they are doing to install Kodi on a firestick. If they don't they pay - like everyone else surely?

I empty the cache everytime I launch Kodi....
Boycey, how do you do this?
BTW, there was an update for The Beast at the weekend and it not gives more sources for sports. I'd recommend updating.
On Kodi, you just launch the ChrisB wizard from within your add-ons, select The Beast and then let it work for 30 or 40 minutes.
