Just in from the big smoke the word is that the black hoodied men have been seen heading to Healy Park for early morning sessions

Dont see why there would be more suspended than those that got the red cards. It was handbags mainly.
Was there only Jerome there with his camera. When the melee started against the wire there seemed to be a lot of fans getting involved. Wylie was stupid for getting sent off. Whatever happened in the Omagh dugout between Justy and Mickey Coleman - Justy was stupid to punch him in the kidneys when the ref was looking straight at it.
Gavin Teague took ribs out of Grugan off the ball as well. Ardboe Number 4 (Sean Teague?) ended up going into the Omagh lads after the whistle too - maniac! Think a few Ardboe boys went in and fished him out.
Was a hard game but dont think it needed to boil over quite like it did. County men hard hitting on eachother. On the night would say that Omagh deserved their win but would need to improve to beat Carmen.

Wylie exposed the Moy in 1st round, we didnt have our tighest marking defender to stick with him.
That and Sludden gave us nothing of course.........
Was any of the County Contingent assaulted at the weekend or did Forbes stay at home???
Martin would definitley be one of only a handful of refs that can be relied upon to do a good job each time he goes out. Reffing is not an easy job. Picking holes in referees' performances seems to be nearly a full time job. The same critical analysis isn't done on players' performances so it's unfair to do it with refs surely ?.
Thought he did a good job of the Greencastle and Moortown fixture yesterday as well.

Has Mickey's loyalty to the "auld hands" cost us against Cork? - thought that Gormley, Jordan, Harte and the entire half forward line were absolutely brutal - time for fairly major surgery I fear.
Time to reflect I suppose.Perhaps his loyalty has also reaped rewards as well in the past. Some you win, some you lose.
I reckon he'll bring in a few of last years minors and dispense with some lads who have not cut the mustard.

Having county minor on board or an under 21 player on board a reserve team would be a major boost to any reserve side.
Under 21s can be over in Match / April - reserve championships don't start till June at least.
Doesn't make sense - sounds like signing up to a rule just for the sake of it.
They proberly thought that the county minors would do better than they did, thus made the ruling. But due to poor management the county minors exited in the first round, this rule should now be overturned.
The minors were a pale shodow of the team they had last year and I can't honestly see how / why management can be blamed for their exit.
Maybe I'm wrong but only my opinion.

Mark was probably unfortunately put in midfield for the Tyrone minors this year and whilst hes a big strapping lad hes a forward. Hes an accomplished rugby player as well which has contributed to his strength and conditioning for his age, exceptional pace and accuracy and probably would benefit from specialist coaching as a forward as he has played everywhere from full back to full forward during his youth.
Serious questions have to be asked of the minor managers this year Mark playing MF and u saying he a forward, that Tierney fella that was CHF plays all his football as a CHB. I no someone else told me the FF, cant mind his name played as a MF, and Declan Connolly who was corner back plays half forward for his club.
The FF was Ronan O'Neill, and there's no doubt his best position is in the half forward line, whilst Sean Warnock, as proven over the course of the MacRory, is one of the best prospects we have in county as a FB and yet never played a minute at Full Back for the Minors over the past 2 years.
As for serious questions being asked of the management this year, a cynic might say that the talent contained in last years side masked the deficiencies in team selection but sure who cares when you're winning?
