The key to success is to be consistently competitive -- if you bang on the door often it will open

Armagh's defeat to Monaghan in the championship was the worst, arguably the best was the away league win to Fermanagh in front of a very partisan lakeland crowd on a Saturday night last February/March, though the league wins at Wexford and Kildare were also very sweet.

In terms of Spurs the 9 -1 victory over Wigan was sublime but the 1 nil home defeat by Wolves was the low point.

The loss to Monaghan hurt the most, the best, by far was the minors winning the AI. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
Armagh, the one true love of a mans life.

Worst - I'd go with the Antrim defeat rather than the Cork debacle. You can make some excuses for what happened against Cork - there were none for the Antrim match.

Best - beating Derry in the qualifiers. Weren't given a hope. Lacey kept Bradley very quiet and the rest of the boys finally turned up and helped Murphy out.

Liverpool

Worst - Its been a horrific three months. Hard to pick one single standout. Probably Fiorentina or Portsmouth.

Best - On the actual day, I would have went with the 2-0 over United at Anfield, but in retrospect it was a complete one-off performance. The 4-1 at Old Trafford it will have to do so, as they were dead and buried with respect to the championsip race before it. Even if it hadn't brought them back into it, hammering United 4-1 at Old Trafford will be remembered for decades, no matter what the circumstances.
