Today is the anniversary of the death of Pope Nicholas I. He was mad about roosters.
Were they waxy or floury.

Sad news, a Celtic legend and a brilliant character, told some great stories of his playing days with the hoops
Fondly remembered at Birmingham City too.
RIP Bertie.

13,243 babies since abortion was made legal in Ireland. Thats just 2 years. Slaughter of the innocent in the name of womens rights.

I think the start of his post at least makes for interesting reading. We were told horror stories of rape/incest/FFA as justification of legalising abortion yet its clear the majority of cases are healthy mother/baby and do not fall into those categories.

I don't think we can decide if the woman is in a healthy state, that would be wrong for you to say that, I'm not for abortion, not in a religious way, just for the fact that its ok to have a baby, But I'm not in their shoes and neither are you. Judging them making that choice without knowing the facts and their background is wrong.

Next you'll be judging people that take the pill
None of us are getting out of here alive, so please stop treating yourself like an after thought. Ea

Not really that interesting, that number would be offset by the fall in the number of women no longer travelling to England or procuring pills by some other unregulated means.

The rest of you post is just nonsense.

What makes you think it's nonsense? Generally interested in an reasoned debate without insults.

Its an interesting debate (if futile in that there are few clear and easy answers), but there's an existing thread on it:

No you are not, your use of emotive language like healthy mother/babies would indicate otherwise. Also as someone has pointed out you have made broad weeping generalisations on why someone has made the the decision to terminate a pregnancy without any facts or background info.

The numbers should be of no surprise, abortions carried out in Southern Ireland are up because we no longer export it to the UK and other European countries.

Here's not the place for this debate.
