Messages - Taylor

We have to keep it tight at the back on Saturday night. It is pointless going toe to toe with the Dubs as they demonstrate in most games.

The key will be how quickly we break and committing players to the break. High energy game which means we will need our bench in the home straight as players will run out of gas.
Worst case scenario is Dubs get a goal or two in first 15mins and game plans go out window.

Laois still missing 7-8 key players ...Get on Armagh this weekend!

Who are Laois missing? Would the apple munchers be worth putting on the coupon this weekend?

Joe Hart is an awful keeper. Liverpool shouldn't even consider buying him.

Who should they buy?

Someone better than Hart. Surely Liverpool's extensive scouting network can find someone better than Hart? Preferably a keeper who can use his feet and isn't a mouthy p***k like Hart.

So, you can't think of anyone?

Who would you take in Johnneytool?
Or would you keep the status quo?

I'd keep the status quo, although I don't support Liverpool. :)
I'm just proving the point that you and your mate are great at criticising, but barring the two names you've given to turn Liverpool into premiership contenders neither have came up with a manager to replace Klopp and your mate still hasn't put up any players names.
Like I said, hurlers on the ditch.

Bravo Johnneytool, bravo. Well done on proving a really relevant point.

MM - realistically there is no chance Klopp will go before the end of the season but what if they dont make the top 4? How many managers at really top clubs get 18 months without really bringing the club on?
City, Chelsea & Utd all swung the axe on similar managers/results.

He brings the criticism on himself but at the end of the day he is a GAA man at heart and one that does oodles for the wider community.
If only we had more like him rather than those that fleece what they can from the association with little respect for the grassroots

Have seen a lot of WBA as other half supports them unfortunately but Yacob has done more than most to put them where hey are in the league.

What would you expect from a pig only a grunt.
Arlene trying to appeal to lowest common denominator as per usual.

After the boiler scandal she knows this is the thing to save her. If you dont vote for me the Sinners will pass the Irish language vote, erode away your Britishness etc etc

Smart move on DUP part and shows the mentality of what turns on many of the voters up here.

Sad sad state of affairs and why the place is still a mess

You are hard work Johnneytool.

Those 2 players would absolutely improve them - would it win the title? Not so sure but if I had the answers on how to win the PL without mentioning 'players like Messi' then I am currently in the wrong job.
Discussion board is about opinions.

Sturridge has gone downhill as much as any player in recent times - would a run in the starting team be any good to him now that he is injury free

Hart? Jesus wept.

Some lads are great at telling you who's shít, shouldn't be playing and so forth but are mostly reticent to nail their colours to the mast in who they'd have in place, so it would be interesting who Stallion and Taylor would have as manager, goalkeeper and what other players they'd like to buy in with being realistic about it.

Hart? Jesus wept.

Have to disagree reg Harte. He is infinitely better than what is currently at Anfield and if he was still at City they would be in a much stronger position to challenge for the title.
Schmeichel wouldnt be a patch on his 'oul fella and I would rate him well below Harte

Pretty clear I would take Harte as GK - No?

Anyone else you'd like at Anfield, manager and so forth and don't be saying Messi or some other nonsense?
[/quote]

Ok Johnneytool I will try my best.
Need a solid DMF who would provide cover for the defence - Yacob from West Brom would be a decent addition.

Manager is a tough on - Klopp isnt setting the world alight. To give him a 6 yr contratc is crazy

I dont get the Lions either but it isnt just Sky pushing it.
Newspaper columns by ex-players, commentators on TV channels (other than Sky) all seem to think it is the next big thing.

While decent viewing I would see the 6 Nations as much more important

I would take the hand of you for the draw.
As long as we remain competitive for 65 odd minutes I will be happy.
Feel the most important thing is getting a run at the Dubs at CP - the more games we get there before August the better

Ridiculously price but then shows that not many bookmakers were surprised Brady could come back

What price were Pats at HT?

Heard someone say they were 5/1? Short price to overcome such a deficit if true
