What did u guys make of Voler La Vadette ? looked nailed on before the horse switched to the rail(whether it drifted or was the jockey i haven't a clue) for me though it was def travelling the better at that stage.

It was a deliberate and brilliant move by Andrew Lynch. Big Bucks only dosses in front and Walsh was desperate for something to race against to keep him from pulling himself up. Lynch wanted to put as much width between his mare and Big Bucks to try and go by him without getting sucked into a battle but Walsh copped on to what he was trying to do.

VLV didn't lose anything in defeat but she probably doesn't get 3 miles as well as BB. Pity we won't get a rematch with BB going to Liverpool and VLV going to Punchestown. I think the sharp 3 miles at Liverpool would play more to VLV's strengths than Punchestown but she's supposedly not the best traveller so two trips to England in a short space of time is probably beyond her.
There's Seán Brady going in, what dya think Seán?

Hardy

Ted was having a great laugh about that and was full of praise for Andrew Lynch.

DRIVE THAT BALL ON!!

Sea The Stars

Cheltenham over - all eyes turn to Meydan. And Aidan O'Brien has taken aim at the desert this year. Six entries spread across four Group 1s. So You Think, Treasure Beach, St. Nicholas Abbey, Await The Dawn, Wrote and Daddy Long Legs all named in the "likely field" on the Dubai Racing Club website.

Donnellys Hollow

Wrote is the High Chaparral colt that is being aimed at Kentucky isn't he?

Controversy over the way Norah Starr was ridden in the 7-05 this evening with a hefty 60 day ban for the horse and connections in trouble

Just watched the replay... ::)

Donnellys Hollow

Going to have my first bet of the flat season today. Like the look of DK's Exhortation up at Dundalk. Class form with Akeed Mofeed and Athens at Leopardstown. Should be up to winning an ordinary Dundalk maiden.
