He’s 31 too. Problem for a boy like this is that it’s double has made enough in boxing and maybe doesn’t have a big skill set to make much money at anything else so may need to stay in it to earn a living. Although I guess he could do the promotion route like the brother or coaching route like the da.

Conlan very good technically but if this boy gets him right he’s toast and when he tired he probably will.

Why?

Gareth McKinless loves a dive. Surely referees have copped his antics now.

Karl O’Connell, as good as he was, dived a lot too. The ref was very good spotting dives in fairness to him.

5
Derry very lacking in ideas tbh. Been poor enough.

Monaghan decent enough mind you and Corey has done well tactically.

6
Hard to see Derry winning this. Looks like Monaghan have their measure.

If you get a red for interfering with the helmet then the Offaly boy pulled his face guard off and deserved it… If… definitely penalty though.

Decent enough game this.

I have a feeling the dubs could win this by five to ten points. Hope I am wrong as I would like to see a tight game.

Not a bad game this.

I always thought you timing your peak better was the reason why Monaghan or Donegal didn’t do better in the latter stages.

Gaa social a fantastic podcast. You wouldn’t get a much better one than the Brian canavan episode. Must listen to the Kevin hughes one.

It has done some good in my family but it is in a very bad place - particularly here- and even people who I know that work in it are saying outcomes are not good these days in it. It’s not couped yet but is going that direction rapidly.

If it happened you might live longer as the NHS is capitulating.

I’m beyond living longer, I work with old people, it ain’t much craic

That’s if you live to be old. Outcomes on nhs these days are very poor if you’re diagnosed with anything younger too.
