Calry v Shamrock Gaels in the Sligo intermediate final, Dromahair won the Leitrim final.

I see Corofin favourites for AI no less.

Why is that exactly?

Because because because. A likely easy ride to the Connacht final might explain it.

It might a bit. I d already factored that in. But not convinced.

Hard to see why Corofin are favs for the AI.
Surely can't be because they had a huge win in a county semi final?
They're by far the best team in Galway but realistically are they any stronger than they were last year?
I'm not so sure they are

Based in Westside but Rahoon/Newcastle would be in their catchment area as well.

Thanks for the update revsperminute. ANyway, best of luck to Ballyhaunis next weekend against Dromahair. I have no idea about the Leitrim club championship, but the usual 'any Leitrim team in Carrick are hard to beat' will probably do the rounds during the week.
Inaugural Football Championship Prediction Winner.

Pearses appealing their loss to Fhailes in the semi-final to the Prenty Express.. Ros county final due for Sunday will probably be put back if Pearses don't see some sense and end this process themselves.
