New structure to the Championship passed in Dublin

Antrim have presented their own proposals to Nicky B etc. Here's a link.

It seems clear to me that if we were designing a hurling championship we wouldn't start from here but we have to be realistic and include a Munster championship in any proposal. It just won't get through congress without it and if it did there could be a split in the GAA the 5 Munster counties feel that strongly about it.
