I heard a story recently about a pilgrimage to Lourdes where the parishioners passed round a collection for the pilot. I think that's mad. He probably earns more in a month that most of those old dears do in a year. There should be guidelines on tipping. I only tip in restaurants - never taxis or barbers.

Why are they betting on club matches now?

I really believe that this game is too close to call. If I were a betting man (which I'm not!) I would suggest a draw. It really is to hard to call IMO.

Were there no real exit polls? From what you say it looks like a NO. Big blow to the establishment and will do Ireland's standing in Europe a lot of harm.
