If tipp are to get to the final they've 2 games in 1 week and then a 4 week break to the final, Munster council have had a mare arranging fixtures for this.

It will be an interesting competition this year, on one hand you have people saying Kerry are the only team who might beat Dublin on the other they are a team in transition and will be coming in cold against Clare who are always tough to beat. No matter the pedigree of underage success it still takes some time when making that step up. Could be a great chance for Clare and tipp to get a Munster, tipp having a potential 3 home games and Clare with 1 game under their belts before facing Kerry. Cork too obviously being clear 2nd favourites in the betting. It would be great to see a new winner but at the end of the day, you can almost guarantee another Kerry win

How many would that be for Kerry  80?
Cork must have around 40 and would the rest have 10 between them?

We're going to bring home the SAM

Tipp have 9 munsters and 4 all Ireland's, I don't know what anyone else has. It's tough when you're in with the most successful team in football and a usually very good 2nd best in Munster.

Will hardly be a brave call to say Kerry will win minor,U20 and senior Munster titles?

God be with the 1890s......

Great times, limerick tipp cork all winning all Ireland's. Munster was actually competitive but could also back up being a competitive province itself with winning all Ireland's.

Senior and under 20 for sure, minor being a new age group it's hard to know but their dominance at schools level you'd have to imagine so. They'll beat tipp easily tonight

How may Counties actually took part back then?
Connacht and Ulster were too poverty stricken and disorganised in those days.

Pretty sure it was a club championship anyway for a while . Remember reading Bray emmets all Ireland victory is down as a Dublin victory yet they play in wicklow . Must of played in Dublin at the time im guessing.  On that point an awful lot of them Dublin all ireland pre heffo were teams made up of a lot of culchies ,teachers and cops who didnt travel home in them days.
Walk-in down mchale rd , sun out, summers day , game day . That's all .
