Great result for kileen. 20 years senior. An achievement but nothing compared to what they could have done as a parish team.

Windy today. Might suit teams who can move the ball forward quicker. Emo carry well, ballyfin can kick pass well but ballroan will drop bodies back in. Clonaslee will need to be more direct, might need Corbet further out the field.

Interesting day ahead.

Great win for Clonaslee tonight.  Stradbally will be sick but that's football.

Shocking from Killeshin who ran Portlaoise close only a few years ago in the final. They won the Division 1B league this year as well, how have they collapsed so badly?

Remember The Heath winning a Division 1 title and being a whisker away from being relegated by Emo, a year after they brought Portlaoise to a replay. It can happen.

Two full months have passed since Cheddar has resigned. Are we any closer to a replacement? Was cheddar asked to take up any other role within Laois hurling?
There seems to be apathy with Laois co board.

Interviews next week I think and I heard bugler going with Davy to Waterford. I think 3 candidates being interviewed I'd say will become more clear next week. Again open to correction on this.

Shocking performance for the new manager. Plenty of boos at the final whistle.
Delighted Brighton held on, absolute stonewall penalty not given to them. Can't understand how it wasn't given.

Stonewall penalty no doubt and fully deserved win for Brighton. Shaw, Mctominay (who was also lucky not to get a red in 1st half) and Fred woeful among many others.

Shows up who's not up to standard on the team. Hopefully will tag on a few more signings after the shambles today.

Dylan Quirke, Tipp hurler on field of play. Awful news. RIP

f**king shocking RIP. Saw the match was called off and now seeing that he passed. Absolutely devastating for family friends and community.

In with cork Tipperary and Wexford in the forristal this Saturday

Hopefully they give a good account of themselves over the weekend. After the ladies win at weekend and minor hurlers in Leinster final the county is craving for a bit of success.

Ballinakill to win tonight if they play similar to Borris Kilcotton game. Whether playing consecutive weeks Rosenallis football and hurling will impact them remains to be seen.

*I stand corrected good win for Rosenallis tonight. Take Cha out of Ballinakill side and very limited. Wasted awful amount of opportunities tonight.

The Harps to beat Castletown.

Camross are due a big performance at some stage in the season whether it'll be tomorrow remains to be seen. I'll still tip Clough Ballacolla for tomorrow. Wouldn't be surprised if they meet again before the year is out.

Rathdowney Errill to beat Borris Kilcotton. Borris Kilcotton got away with a win vs Ballinakill if Rathdowney are on form should have enough.

I wonder did he go or was he pushed? I dunno if Offaly would be living up to expectations.

Say the latter. 3 year term up, Offaly County Board chose not to renew it.

Michael Fennelly gone from Offaly hurlers I see in local media Midlands Sport. I wonder will he be involved in back room team of any future Kilkenny backroom team.

Again like Pat his time was coming to an end.   Hes finally going for the county job now that he is free from the punditry.  Time will tell.

More power to him. An interesting appointment. Has his chance now after been rejected 3 times in the past. Better to do and fail than not do and wonder comes to mind with this appointment.

I think Stradbally are going to be one watch . Looked very fit, hungry organised and can get stronger . There match with Graigue will be interesting.
Niall Dunne was immense for Courtwood. They will fancy there chances against Portlaoise.

They'll be out to beat Graigue after losing last year so a good chance to put it right. Courtwood as said will definitely fancy their chances. As will Park Ratheniska against a depleted killeshin.
