Surely this will count as a re-fixture not a re-play as the first game is null and void. That would mean the game taking place in Portlaoise and John O Loughlin still suspended.

Jack Nolan on Twitter says a replay has been offered but Armagh have no appetite for it.

In the first round of the qualifiers, it's all about getting over the line especially against a team like Armagh. I thought we showed a lot of heart and closed out the game well. I thought Timmons was immense.

Every day I'm getting sicker and sicker of the GAA and the way that they treat us and other smaller counties. I'm slowly falling out of love with the GAA. It's so demoralizing. I'll still go to Laois games but won't be going to any other inter- county games.

As someone who goes to a lot of games as a neutral eg. All Ireland semis and finals, I think it's time that all supporters from the smaller counties stop going to such games. Maybe then they would be a bit more fair on us.

It's in today's Irish Daily Star about the angelous. I can't believe it's true but that's what they're reporting. Surely they'll see sense and o something about it. If it stays as it is they'll be down thousands on the gate.

Today's Irish star give the reason why it can't be played at 4 or 4-30. If this is true this tops the whole thing off. Laois v Armagh is to be shown on RTE1 and if the game went to extra time RTE1 would not be able to show the angelous!!!!!!!!

Anyone hear that we might be loosing a couple of players to America? I hope it is just a rumour and not true.

If this is true about Shane Curran, then surely it's another indication that Cunningham is calling all the shots now.

Very disappointing performance. Apart from Joe Geany, nobody else was up to scratch. Our first touch and striking was very poor. One thing that stood out was the size and strength of the Dublin team.

My own father always says this and it drives me mad." ah sure once they put up a good show". Makes my blood boil. With that sort of attitude your beat before you go out.

I've never been so disheartened about the state of Laois football. It's nothing short of disgraceful that players have to eat out of a service station after a match or even training. For that the buck stops with the county board. As for the playing side of things, it looks like Wooly was right. Lillis has been a shambles!!! Trying to play 15 on 15. This isn't the80s. There seems to be no plan or system of play. Plus fitness levels seem to be pretty low. It seems another year wasted.

It would be great if this could get off the ground. I would ask anybody who knows someone on the county board to put this idea forward to them.

Does anyone think the county board should start putting on buses for away games. I think Monaghan do this and charge a nominal fee to cover the cost of the bus ie. it's not a money making exercise. Surely this would be worth trying to get more support for the lads.

Anyone know how serious Evans injury is or how long he's likely to be out for? At such a young age he really is becoming a real leader for us.
