It's strange that how the voting patterns in a singing contest is deemed supporting a genocide in Gaza.

Who knew!

Quote from: clarshack on Today at 11:33:43 AMWhat is the big deal about what Cavanagh has said anyway?. The GAA has cash in the bank and is asset rich therefore some people might think it is a wealthy organisation. Bit of an over reaction from Burns IMO.

Burns was bang on and put Cavanagh back in his wee box.

Having cash reserves is good management as you never know what your revenue streams will generate year on year, plus the GAA will be contributing to all those centres of excellence springing up in every county and investing in other areas too.
If the GAA were borrowing money year on year to stay afloat it would be deemed poor management and rightly so.

As for the brown envelopes comment, get involved in your own club and put an end to it from within and stop gurning about it, it's nothing to do with Burns or Croke Park.

Quote from: NatSoSaff on Today at 11:41:04 AMSpeaking to a man there about the Tailteann cup. So in theory, Antrim could make it all the way to the final which is 13th July. This would mean that there would be a good handful of players that won't have kicked a single league ball for their clubs over 15 games? Is this correct? And potentially may only get a couple of championship group games if their club doesn't progress? Jesus Christ the system is well and truly broken.

Yeah, seems totally mad.  Antrim start their leagues very early in comparison to other counties.  Maybe the solution is to start the leagues later?

Nazifascist filth showing their true colours.
When are the Gardai and Authorities going to put an end to their campaigns of harrassment and abuse before there's a murder?

Will they choose Dublin Roscommon over Louth Meath next week? Louth Meath looks like the more attractive fixture.

When no in 'control' of the ball it can be bounced all the way up the pitch, same as if a player in a tackle momentarily loses possession of the ball and regains it he's not recatching it, even though he 'had' it

Its vague and ultimately down to the ref to call and the players/sideline/supporters to give off ;)

I'd someone complain recently about player not being 13m from the ball and collecting it, he was claiming for a hop ball, I gave the free and of course, but, I was questioned throughout the game. This was a manager!

When they make people do the coaching courses do they do a rules test?
