Trevor Francis.

Bit of irony in there somewhere. First £1million player on the day football offically becomes couped, with a £1billion 1yr package for Mbappe proposed....

That's sad  news .  Only really remember  the tail end of his  football career. Seemed like a nice man.

A troubled soul with the voice of an angel and while she was seen as controversial by many I think history has shown that she was on the right side of most of those debates. RIP

My favourite version of a wonderful song. Rest In Peace, Sinead.

RIP. Her beauty & the beauty of Nothing Compares 2U were seared into my teenage brain. Mandika is a great song too.

My favourite is Haunted with Shane MacGowan. Great tune.

She absolutely was. Ahead of her time in a lot of ways. Gone too soon.

That's desperate news. A brilliant singer, songwriter, interpreter of other songs, and indeed ahead of her time in calling out the abuses of the church amongst other wrongs of society - at the expense of her career, particularly in US. A real artist.

Sad news, troubled life including losing her young son last year. A poet and superb singer and ahead of times in views on the church which proved correct RIP.

Mandika was quality.

She did a version of Chiquitita on a cd for Omagh back in the day which is pure class also
