Rory McIlroy finishes 2nd again. I know he has the Major win already but is he a bit like Harrington in his early career.

I know he had a 65 today but how many 2nd or top 5 finishes has he had compared to the 3 wins so far in his career?

He's nothing like Harrington in his early career for many reasons that should be obvious..

Major kudos to Hoey today by the way, mcIlroy had passed him by the turn and you would expect him to fall away but he came home in 32 or so to seal a famous win.

No mention of Hibbert getting away without so much as a booking for a dreadful tackle on Adam?

Fergie the bollix has thrown my fantasy football plans for the weekend into disarray with the word this morning that Rooney is fit for tomorrow, do I believe him or not??

Said Rooney, Chico and hopefully Evans back with Vidic, Cleverley and Smalling to be ready at back end of International break.

Also said De Geas contract to be terminated immediately after the "doughnutgate" revelations.

Rooney's mysterious injury cleared up very quickly!

There was a Grand Designs episode on a few years ago when a guy in Mayo converted an old church into a home.
It was the only one I have seen filmed in Ireland.

Grand Designs Australia is a good show also.

The one episode I ever saw of the Australian one was a couple who were basically going to live in a tree in the bush somewhere.

I remember that church convertion too, 2004 according to Wikipedia

I'll also stand by my reading that they gave them unnecessarily hard tasks, should be a level playing field every week...

You think? I think it was the opposite and they were given tasks that were a last chance for them to change their destiny. They've been struggling and they were put on tough sections to redeem themselves and pull it out of the fire as such. The deserts didn't have any actual cooking, so should have been quicker. It was a weakness that they had seen in him and it wasn't going to go away unless he had addressed it.....and he hadn't. The other guy just made a balls of a dish that sealed his faith.

I did think it was unfair that they focused in the crack of his arse....they'll hardly do the same for one for the women. 

Surely in a competition everyone should be doing roughly equal tasks?? It was the first time they were in a working kitchen and some of them had to do a starter for less than 20 people that I'd probably have been able to put up. Wheras of the 2 boys one of them had to produce by far the most popular main course and the only one with any variety ie rare/medium/cremated and the other boy had to produce dessert for everyone ok it mightn't have been cooked but there were something lie 12 different elements to it.

Think they voted off the 2 weakest guys last night but it looked to me as if the set it up for them to fail?

Their tasks were significantly more difficult than any of the others in the restaurant

Anyone else notice Bassongs lack of knowledge of the offside rule on Rovers goal? He was stood a couple of yards in front of the goals with the goalie behind him but when Rovers player gets a touch he pulls his arm up and turns towards linesman, sorry assistant ref,  in the hope of getting an offside decision

I've always enjoyed it and last nights was a great episode. It wouldn't surprise me if he spent a million on it. I'd say there is a good story behind that boy.

Agree with Tony too, was it last week yon boy connected two lovely old buildings with what looked like a British Army base.
