Not sure how Bittles got a reputation for great Guinness. If measured against the low bar in the rest of Belfast then it's decent but nothing special.

They've questioned 2 or 3 people and let them go already I think... someone has covered their tracks well

It's a crazy situation. The North has a very high level of femicide,  one of the highest in Europe. During lockdown domestic abuse rose at an alarming rate and there really is a serious problem.

On a side note there is also an issue around the reporting of these killings,  and it was very evident at the time of the Aisling Murphy killing. Wall to wall coverage,  and rightly so. Similar in this situation. In a horrible way they are a 'good' victim. If their partners were drug dealers or serial criminals and they were from that work the narrative is always slightly different unfortunately. A killing is a killing.

Was someone not bailed ? So not out of the woods, it's rare a murder charge is made straightaway.
Let no-one say the best hurlers belong to the past. They are with us now, and better yet to come

Are any of the arrested purported to be the man in the video?  Seems to be a high number of murders in Lurgan, they still haven't caught the killer of Laura Marshall, who was killed close enough to the latest victim. If this was an American movie you would be assuming a link between the two.
