A great night last night at a Legends night with Alan Kennedy, Terry Mc David Johnson and David Fairclough. Some great stories, particularly about Paisley. David Johnson got the biggest laugh. Very funny man. They were asked who would they like see gone in the summer. Kennedy and Fairclough said they could see Benteke going, Terry Mc fudged it a bit. Johnson said Sakho and the crowds reaction was hostile. He said hold on the reason he wanted him gone is because the bastard didn't share his fat burning pills with him!!!

Great night all told and a brilliant rendition of YNWA at the end.

Surprised to hear Emre Can and Danny Ings back training.

Might be a gamble to throw Can in against Villareal, but worth the risk I think.
Is Ings even eligible for Europe? If memory serves, you have to submit a squad list, so presumably he's not on it.

Flanagan is not in the European squad, so it's doubtful if Ings is.

Flanagan is rubbish, seems to have plenty of fans presumably based on nothing more than being from Liverpool. He's rash in the tackle and technically wanting, should be moved on as soon as possible.

Yeah Flanagan is a strange one over the last few weeks. Given how he is not n the europa squad you would have expected him to play more.

If Can is fit on Thursday and not going to risk any longterm damage get him on.  To quote The Waterboy "last game of the year Brent, can't hold anything back now" 😉
