Here's a link that should work (nothing to do with the other link).

QuoteReaders should also be alerted to misreporting and misunderstanding of the work. It has been claimed that the work implies a direct causal link between COVID-19 vaccination and mortality. This study does not establish any such link. The researchers looked only at trends in excess mortality over time, not its causes. The research does not support the claim that vaccines are a major contributory factor to excess deaths since the start of the pandemic. Vaccines have, in fact, been instrumental in reducing the severe illness and death associated with COVID-19 infection.

Things have got to the stage where you have to state the bleedin' obvious.

Yes ... that Expression of concern was added by BMJ Publishing Group Ltd who are funded by reputable pharmaceutical companies who developed those products. Thanks for pointing that out even though the paper itself doesn't claim that theres a direct causal link between COVID-19 vaccination and mortality. People should keep that in mind

Don't you mean the 'how do ya dews', also known as the 'you know hews'?

You have to get down with the correct lingo.

"It is simply no longer possible to believe much of the clinical research that is published, or to rely on the judgement of trusted physicians or authoritative medical guidelines. I take no pleasure in this conclusion, which I reached slowly and reluctantly over my two decades as an editor of The New England Journal of Medicine"

Marcia walked away and could not ethically continue in that role. She freed herself of the indoctrination which runs very deep in some of the posters here.

Quote from: Jell 0 Biafra on November 02, 2024, 01:07:10 AMWhy get the flu jab but not the covid? If anything, I'd be going the other way.

I'd planned on both. Getting the flu one at work this week. So the other depends on when I bother my lazy arse to get it done. Did both at the same time last year for convenience.

Does recent reports  of vaccine damage and the ultimate safety of the vaccines  ( which lets face it , we don't  really know yet) , not make you worried    about getting another covid  jab?

We certainly do know a lot about the damage caused by Covid, and there is little evidence that damage of vaccines is in any way on a comparable scale. There have been billions of Covid vaccines, yet very few problems and the link between the vaccine and the people with problems is unclear in many cases.
This is a bit like the seat belt debate concentrating on the possible of the seat belt not opening or of having a sore shoulder if it prevents you flying through the windscreen.

I have a mate who had his head turned by antivaxxers in his extended circle once he had young kids back in the 00s (we're talking MMR etc). We actually had to stop discussing it because he got so upset when I pointed out the illogical

Some people are just wired differently I guess.

The greatest majority of people that I know who questioned the mRNA Covid vaccines ( I'd guess you would call then Antivaxxers) have no issue with MMR,flu vaccines etc.
One simple (actually 2) questions for you. Do you think there was enough clinical evidence at the time to justify administering the covid vaccine to under 12's?
If those coercive factors weren't in play( like children not being allowed to attend class) would you do it again?

Quote from: Milltown Row2 on November 03, 2024, 08:52:56 PMHas cancer changed from being 1 in 2 people get cancer?

Most cancers and many other diseases were cured for a while between 2020 and '23, influenza almost eradicated. Many of those in automobile accidents and even with bullet wounds mysteriously died of "COVID". All admitted to hospital had to take the fraudulent PCR test. More profits for the hospital with COVID on the death certificate. Placed on the killer protocols, still more profits.

And to answer you question, yes a massive increase in cancers, of the Turbo variety due to the jab
