Rand Paul doesn't seem to enthused about investigating  Flynn. Apparently investigating fellow Republicans would get in the way of stuff like repealing Obamacare. So I guess investigations into possible malfeasance are only worth pursuing for political reasons. Wonder what his attitude was to the umpteen Benghazi investigations?
