BBC News - Nord Stream leaks: Sabotage to blame, says EU

Tough talk from Ursula. Interesting as most of the twitter halfwits think it was the Americans who are responsible.

Maybe it's because Biden said at the start of the year that they would take it out.

for arguments sake interest rates jump to a rate in which most folk hand back their keys, then what? wouldn't banks have all these properties that they wouldn't be able to sell? or do they become landlords themselves?

Was explaining this to a work colleague who had no idea this was happening. I ran her numbers and her mortgage is going from £460 to £900 next summer.
I don't think she believes me.

250k households coming out of fixed rates in the UK each quarter next year. Their mortgages are going to double overnight. Default rates are going to skyrocket.

This is a huge huge problem and everyone is spending their time discussing Philip Schofield instead of interest rates/ inflation.

I was going to ask how on earth does someone not know what is going on in the world especially a mortgage holder but your last sentence explains everything.

my fixed rate runs out in just under 4 years, so still a bit of time for the world to sort itself out before then.

as a neutral i'd prefer to see a Dromore v Dungannon and Clonoe v Carrickmore semi-final lineup. then a Dungannon v Carrickmore final.

Have to feel for the Derrylaughan lad at the end. Apparently there's been problems with that penalty spot before?

Penalty spot looked awful even on TV.

Player should hold his head high he's a great player and will redeem himself several times into the future!

just seen someone has put the penalty miss on social media. i've no love for Derrylaughan but that is just plain wrong as every Tom Dick and Harry will now see it and it'll not do the lad's confidence any good.

Sterling down another 2% in the morning
1.0998
1.062

If it's any consolation for crypto holders their holdings are growing in pound value.

Just checked the U-13 Grade 1 league and championship results expecting Cookstown to have absolutely smashed it but actually to my surprise they were hammered by Eglish in the championship letting in 9 goals, and this is the same defence that apparently makes up their U-15 B team defence?  They finished 5th out of 6th in their G1A league section finishing 11 points behind Dungannon and I know for a fact that Dungannonís U-15 B team is predominantly made up of U-13 players yet in the U-15 G4 section Cookstown finished 3 places above Dungannon. Interesting.

Cookstown FB page having a wee dig at this board regarding their G4 team?

They have really shot themselves in the foot over that statement. They have said that they have 18 of a panel on their grade 1 team. A 15 a side tournament. So 3 subs? Clearly floating players to the grade 4 team.

Development team not ĎBí team?

How old is the video?

7 years, think the Linfield fans were flat out looking for it

Not a big fan about going after people (from both sides) in regards to historic videos.

The world is a very different place compared to 3 years ago never mind 7.

LOL

Funny cos itís true!

Surely the county board are entitled to make money off their games, to fund football in the county.
Dublin have other means to do this.
Also the league final should be played next weekend - to save both clubs a lot of money in the next 6-7 weeks. Manager fees, food costs, the cost of switching on floodlights, play it next weekend for the sake of both clubs and players.
Could live stream it too, probably make a few quid.

why these games behind a paywall and dublin is not
Dublin CB donít need the money.

Armagh arenít sponsored by AIG and have a season ticket for streaming their games priced at £80.
Itís greed not to have a season ticket imo.
