Maybe a bit hyperbolic yeah, close to 50/50 but Mayo slight favs on review. The outright prices bear that out, factoring in how ridiculously skewed the favour is against Ulster Teams, even their entry point into the qualifiers. In any case, everyone thinks of it as a big 2/3, but Tyrone would be priced far closer to Kerry/Mayo than the latter two would be to Dublin
Tyrone got a real kick in the nuts this year. The supporters had very high expectations that were destroyed in a few minutes. Most of the team were passengers.
It will be very hard for them to come back from that.

Still they awarded the manager with a further three year tenure, 2018 to 2020. A failure to win the AI in 2018 will mark an unwanted 10 year anniversary.

The manager was awarded a further three years because Tyrone are established top 5 team in the league and championship. Some its seems won't realise how good Harte has been and still is for Tyrone until he is gone...

There’s a clear number one and number two and after that the order is as clear as mud.
A clear one number. Number two can change on any given year and it wouldn't surprise me if Tyrone take that spot for 2018. After the top 4 or 5 its a clear as mud. And then you have Monaghan for example with their pick and resources doing really well to hold their own in Div one and regularly reaching the last 8 in the championship maybe something your lot might achieve in the years ahead?

#2 has been Mayo for every year since 2012 bar 2014.

Debatable as they avoided Kerry 2012,2013,2015 and Mayo didn't look like a top two team on route to the 2016 All Ireland final.

I've said it a few times this year but Armagh as an attacking force (in Div 3) were fantastic to watch at times. Couldn't defend worth a shite.

Interesting to see if this squad will be enough to drag Armagh out of Division 3, seems like quite a few are absenting themselves at least for the League:

Mark Shields   An Chrois Bhán
Ethan Rafferty   An Ghráinseach
Aidan Forker   An Machaire
Ben Crealey   An Machaire
Ciaran Higgins   An Machaire
Oisín Lappin   An Machaire
Rory Grugan   Baile Mhic an Aba
Ryan Kennedy   Baile Mhic an Aba
Niall Rowland   Baile Mhic Cullach
Blaine Hughes   Carraig Chrupáin
Charlie Vernon   Cláirsigh Ard Mhacha
Conor White   Cláirsigh Ard Mhacha
Joe McElroy   Cláirsigh Ard Mhacha
Patrick Morrison   Cláirsigh Ard Mhacha
Ryan Owens   Clann Éireann
Aaron McKay   Dromainn Tí
Darren McKenna   Dromainn Tí
Oisín Mac Íomhair   Eanach Mór
Patrick Burns   Foirceall
Stephen Sheridan   Foirceall
Niall Grimley   Na Madáin
Anto Duffy           Na Piarsaigh Óga
Aaron Findon   Naomh Peadar
Andrew Murnin   Naomh Pól
Paul Hughes   Raonaithe na Croise
Greg McCabe   Seán Ó Néill

Tyrone county board should end this charade of repeatedly renewing Mickey's contract and just declare him manager for life.
