Anyone know the exact role/remit of GAA club trustress?

I know their role in terms of club property etc...but what about any wider functions..

Could the trustees call an EGM?

Anybody can call an EGM ! As long as you have 12 ( I think ) members requesting an EGM that request must be granted.

The GAA club constitution is on the GAA website and its outlined in that. I think Orangeman is right.

Had a read of the constitution alright - I'm just wondering whether they have any other official remit?

E.g Say a senior club officer resigned and the assistant to that officer stepped in until the next agm - would you have to get their approval (I'm 99% sure you don't, just wanted to double check)...

Would not think so. The management/executive committee would make that decision.
