Hardy

A couple of sound bites from Moss on RTÉ radio sports news earlier:

On rugby in Kerry: Like pornography - frustrating for the spectators and primarily for the enjoyment of the participants.

On Con Houlihan: He got 95% in his MA in UCC in 1950 and to this day he's wondering what happened to the other 5%.

ludermor

Big shock to hear this, had a few pints in his company in the landsowne clubhouse a few years back and he was some craic. Never got sick of lads coming up to him taken pics or chatting away.

muppet

A true legend. As a young lad I remember Fred Cogley's voice going up an octave every time Moss set off in the direction of the nearest English cranium.

Agony aunt Claire Rayner, 79. We now have the GaaBoard so it shouldn't be too big a void.

She told her relatives she wanted her last words to be: "Tell David Cameron that if he screws up my beloved NHS I'll come back and bloody haunt him."

I mentioned it over on the Man City thread but the main City fan here couldn't care less
