In all honesty, what is the chances of Stevie Ferguson and Mchugh taking moortown to senior football. In tattyreagh he had James Darcy, Eoghan Murray and the Harkins, in moortown he has a pile of overrated youth players
With the McLernons fit and Mark Devlin off the U17s last year Moortown could well push promotion very close this year. These players added alongside Peter Devlin and the likes they have a very good team.
Other than Edendork no other teams in Intermediate would worry them.
Forgot about the young u20 Tarlach Quinn, was up watching the htc macrory game on Saturday, bagged a massive goal for them and never stopped running. One for the future of Tyrone as well

Was at the Tyrone game tonight, wasn't impressed with Tyrone's defence, they made it very easy for Armagh's forwards and to concede 3 goals was not impressive. One to watch who personally I thought should have got called up was Netownstewart/Naomh Owen Full back, Piaras McSorley, impressed throughout the year in Intermediate marking top quality forwards, one to bring in within years to come or even sooner
Why doesnt Stefan forker play for Armagh anymore? Is he still good enough?

Seen our seniors training last night. Had to rub my eyes and check I wasn't dreaming. Footballs were in sight and were being used. But holy ghost, its the 7th January?? Any need to be back on a pitch at this time? Any other clubs back on pitch?
Was hearing Cookstown only took a week break after being relegated and have been training since the start of December. They will be on top shape for the coming season, and I back them to go up

Hearing Moortown centre half forward Thomas Doris is in fine shooting form for holy trinity college in the macrory cup. Could be a big season ahead for the young sensation as he approaches his second year of senior football with moortown.
