If junior was split it would encourage more of the bigger clubs to put a 3rds team into the lower league

Quote from: Rois on December 14, 2023, 07:37:50 PMThere are still some clubs that have separate men's and women's football, and camogie and hurling clubs are also included. So in Tyrone, each club might get £4k each.

It is a fantastic gesture that will cause plenty of headaches  ;D
Ah now, there isn't 250 clubs in Tyrone

Quote from: Tyrone95 on December 09, 2023, 11:03:53 AMWill Healy Park withstand the rain for tomorrows league final?? I would say Dromore / Killyclogher should be prepared for an 11th hour phonecall.
Predictions for the final.. ?
How was the pitch ?

Quote from: NotedObserver on November 17, 2023, 07:14:14 PMWith the allstars on tonight is there any word of Tyrone starting back up? Any new faces on and off the pitch?

Hearing alot of new faces up. Good to see
I had previously heard:

Aodhan Donaghy - Loughmacrory
Eoin McElholm - Loughmacrory
Tarlach Quinn - Moortown
Cormac Donnelly - Galbally
Lorcan McGarrity - Carrickmore
Conor McAneney - Glenelly
Tiernan Quinn - Coalisland

Anyone else?
Quote from: the_daddy on November 20, 2023, 03:24:57 PMRonan Duffin, Ben Cullen and Conall Devlin have been mentioned as call-ups.

Would any of these call ups actually improve Tyrone anywhere? Can not see  any of them making any impact.
New panelists don't normally make an immediate impact on any county team.
Whoever is brought in will need a year or two before they start showing what they are capable of.
Mattie Donnelly is a perfect example

Quote from: clarshack on September 30, 2023, 07:07:33 PMTrillick and Edendork was a great game of championship football.
I though Edendork lost a crazy amount of ball by attacking through the centre of Trillicks defence. Would have expected them to have been smarter in attack

Galway are overrated. Usually shite the nest in Croke Park and don't have quality forwards outside of Walsh/Comer. How many of the other forwards would make current mayo team.
I'm guessing you are joking here.
Tierney, Finnarty Burke and Cooke are super players.
Heaney too

Dont see any Wednesday night games so going to assume the game wasn't moved?

The fixture is next week. Here is the story and I would like opinions on it

Team approached opposition asking to move a Friday game to as a senior player was getting married on Thursday.
Opposition said didn't suit to change as they also had players not available
County board have changed the fixture regardless for reasons unknown but rumoured that one female CB official within the fixtures committee has a close friend in the club and pulled some strings.

I don't think this is that unusual and similar happened my own club a couple of years back and they refused to fulfil the fixture.

Would it be OTT for a club to seek legal advice on something like that?

She must have a thing for red heads

Can someone name a few names.
Why is this so secretive
