Heard a rumour today that one of dromore's more influential players picked up a nasty facial injury at work yesterday. Anyone else hear that? Would be a big loss if true

Oh Dear not so good...Dromore prob have the edge after thumping Omagh Last friday night!!
Aye would still fancy Dromore to win but possibly tight enough

Were Grugan and Red Sean straight reds on Friday night or will they be available for the championship?
Does a red card in a league match now not mean you only miss a league match

Correct!! Are Omagh out of contention for the league?

Left Dungannon yesterday shocked with Moy they where totally brutal...... on what I seen yesterday they will have a dog fight to stay up but will imagine they will be fine... unsure about Ardboe they never got tested... just talking to a few Ardboe supporters coming out of  the game they don't seem to be very positive about their team at all...

Can't get my head around the Pomeroy conundrum. Have always underachieved the last 5/6 years. I saw them recently and they had a great team and very strong bench.

Have they even been in theo a semi in while? Maybe if they make it that far they can push on.

Pomeroy are certainly a rare outfit on their day they could beat greencastle.... fancy Dungannon to take Gortin they seem to have a wee spring in their step around the Clarkes at the moment they where bigging uo their  under21 team and got beat by Drumragh semi final last week which will send a warning to the senior team not to get carried away with themselves..... fancy rock(although killyman never easy beat in championahip)clan na gael, owen roes and derrytresk.... derrytresk don't seem to be playing great but are getting results so that would give errigal a chance as derrytresk are not scoring heavily....

Is big Danny McNulty injured. He didn't appear to play against Dromore or in the u21 game (possibly overage)
I thought he had the potential to play full forward for Tyrone.

yeah got hurt playing for Tyrone in the mckenna cup and re-occurred again unfortunately...two prolapses discs in his back..just cant seem to shake it off at all..

After the Ardboe v Errigal minor league final in 2012 the CCC were asked to investigate allegations of serious verrbal abuse from the referee to our captain.Of course it was brushed under the carpet as usual.I would expect the same this time around so I would think he wont be in any danger of getting suspended.

tell me this is part of that case not still in the "ongoing" section?

heard Edendork and Loughmacrory had some dingdust a few weeks back......also ccc have a small matter to sort out whether our new youth officer will get suspended or not for manhandling a youth player during a game, a busy time for them alright!! Would not look good if Youth officer was suspended for the above reason they are pondering it now for 6 weeks!!!

Went to garvaghy tonight under21 g2 semi fiital eglish v donaghmore..... connor mckenna must have scored 1-8 or 1-9 and ended up on the losing aide entertaining gane and was good standard for g2 both teams some decent players on show...mckenna will be some lose to club and county.
what did he score on Sunday against omagh in the championship?

I understand what your saying he was out gunned by justy mcmahon that is nothing to be embarrassed about.....he is 18 and still developing and learning his trade dont think eglish tactic off kicking It high against justy was wise at al... but I would think if he goes to Australia he would be a long term lose ..

Let him go to Australia. id hazard a guess that 80% of these young lads will be back after 2 til 3 years. At least he will get some decent S&C training under his belt, as doesn't appear to be much of that about Garvaghy

that could change????
Too late in changing now! we are years behind other teams in terms of S&C

Blame William Moore for this  8)

willy moore done well over the last year considering we had no gym that now seems a vital ingredient for S&C

Is Peter Donnelly coming in or not?

financial people may decide that...hear club Tyrone looking 125thousand to put a gym in our 6million pound building!! The pot is  light I hear club championship gates are a blessing!!

aw now that is a joke if true. as soon as i saw the design of the building years ago i thought it was stupid and have heard the gym isn't fit for purpose. someone got very carried away with the big celtic T design (maybe a county board competition was run in primary schools?). imagine a government building utilising the old guaranteed irish logo design. just another example of the Peter Principle in full swing. as a matter of principle £125k for a gym should be a no-goer, there's gyms all over the place these days, many clubs would have perfectly good gyms. sure what gyms were the players using in 03, 05, 08?

Don't shoot tge messager.... I fully agree with you...

sure if we dont start we may give up.... The alarm bells are well sounding and the changes have started I suppose tbe next 3/4 months are important for the future of Tyrone county football....
