I'd be a wee bit upset with Fernandes on the second goal. Weak as f**k.
It was a foul

Fully deserved
Liverpool where brutal
Even the equaliser was a jammy deflection
Man U deserved it

Liverpool probably be happier with 3 points in a few weeks.

United may have wanted it more, but they looked like a relegation side for half an hour in the second half. I don't think any of the hammerings Liverpool dished out to them in recent years were that one-sided in terms of owning the ball, but there was no urgency up front. They fucked up a 5 v 2 with ten minutes left!

We can only hope they go to OT in three weeks and make a statement, because that performance just reeked of arrogance.

Well done to United! They stuck in there. There will be a few sore head in Manchester and beyond tomorrow.

Liverpool's luck ran out and drive ran out.

You'd imagine Liverpool will be more fired up than they would have been now for that league match.
Talk of quads were always unrealistic imo, no team has ever done it so it's not like it's ever a real possibility.
A sore defeat for Liverpool fans to take no doubt but when the dust settles it could turn out to be a blessing in disguise especially in terms of winning the League.

Luck nothing to do with it. Man U where their for the taking and Liverpool where flaffing about waiting for something to happen. Maybe it will teach them going forward that going one up is nothing unless you push on.

Should Klopp have taken Salah off? Was it over confidence or do his minutes need managed? Genuine question. I know when it went 2-2 I was glad he was off.

Nah I think you're wrong.
If you get tackled from behind and knocked over, I think its a foul.

Salah was poor
He gave the ball
Away and wrong decisions galore, having said that when I seen gapko coming on I thought "well that's even worse"

Looked side on to me, clean ball win. Ref agreed, VAR looked at it. Not the first time Fernandes has gone down like he's been shot looking for a soft free.

Your questions should be directed at him.

Enjoy the win.

Salah didn't look sharp. He needs a few games to get back into the full swing of things. Should be good to for the rematch! ;D

Maybe wasn't his best game but he's always capable of doing something from nowhere.

mackers

Salah was never gonna play the 90 minutes on his way back from injury
