Unreal December. I have to say I was worried when Gomez got injured but The results kept coming. No doubt there was some luck along the way with a couple of penalty calls but none that were result changing. Never would have predicted some of the rival team results.

Performance yesterday was great but City will be a different beast especially going forward. As far as I am concerned, All this talk of the gap to city is irrelevant until after we play them. They have most of the big teams at home in the second half of the season as well. I would still be worried about an injury to Salah or VVD and what that could mean. All that being said it's a great position to be in and hopefully Klopp keeps them grounded!
