Gaoth Dobhair Abu

Does anyone know of or can recommend anywhere that does cookery classes, Christmas gift for a friend, you know the type of thing, nice country house etc, weekend cookery school or one day job. But they want hands on stuff not just demonstration malarkey.

edit to say that no i don't know of any by the way

if you wanna throw me a few quid i can show them how to make spag bol, chicken curry, fajitas, casserole, that sorta malarkey

Donagh that one looks the biz, seen it on the net, what did herself think of it?

dunbrody house hotel in Wexford is supposed to tbe the best in the country

Belle Isle - Don't know about this place personally, but it's got a lot of good reviews, awards etc recently. And it's in Ireland's Finest County  ;), with the exchange rate making it attractive for anyone paying in Euros:
