GAA Discussion / Re: Greatest Antrim Footballer

Andy Mccallin was an excellent football. Youd need to be some age to remember Kevin Armstrong playing. I don't about the Keavney story but I'm sure he never played for Antrim.

Good luck to Woody & Sambo. They have their work cut out for them. I hope they have a plan. Personnaly I would have stuck with Jingo for another year. He took the job when we were very low and noone else wanted it. He did all he could for the county in the circumstances and now he's been shafted by the clubs. He'd be right to feel bitter.

There's some good one there alright. I'd have to go for Danny the Hogg. He's still going strong at 40+. And a real gentleman off the field as well.

What is the rule in football on playing the ball on the ground. I was told that its ok for a player laying on thr ground to palm it away from himself but I've also seen it blown for a free. This is something even the refs aren't sure about.

It's not Child porn but it's certainly not funny IMO. It sick and should be removed. If ITOB took the photo he needs a good talking to.

Good luck to the Rossa Camogs on Sunday in the All Ireland club final. After all the messing about over the venue there's an important match to be won now. Go out and win it!

Hard luck on the fella. Expectations must be very high if he was sacked because of his record.

Should you not at least add an opinion yourself before asking others to? By the way, change that daft user name. Out of date after one game FFS!
