Apparently moved to Pairc Tailteann but official site still says Parnell Park.

Hard to know what team we'll have. Twelve players who got a run out last year now not on the panel.

Recently beat Donegal in a challenge match in Ballybofey, rumored to have put 5 goals past them but that's just what was posted on hoganstand so take that with truck load of salt. Mayo beat us in a challenge match before that.

Should be the highlight of the Leinster champioship this. If Meath can play anywhere near what they did in the first half against Westmeath last year for anywhere near 70 minutes then they should have enough to win comfortably. Louth on the other hand seem to be fairly free scoring and can do plenty of harm if the typical Meath second half collapse occurs again. It should be a tasty affair and hopefully there is a decent referee who will allow the game to be played at championship intensity.

Meath are poor enough but Louth were in D4 and are a good bit off their 2010 pace

Hopefully he'll be familiar with the rulebook unlike 2010......
Davy's given us a dream to cling to
We're going to bring home the SAM

Hope the Louth fans behave themselves this time.
If you were any use you'd be playing.

If it's in Navan what are ye going to paint in the endzones?

FAO Louth fans, the hospital end is for Meath people only.
We don't want you getting in the way while our kids are rolling down the grass bank.

Game being held deep within enemy territory. Let's paint Parnell Park green and gold. Expecting a full house apparently.

Meath (SFC v Louth):

Paddy O'Rourke;

Donnacha Tobin, Donal Keogan, Mickey Burke;
Darragh Smyth, Padraic Harnan, Alan Douglas;

Harry Rooney, Andrew Tormey;

Cian O'Brien, Graham Reilly, Cillian O'Sullivan;
Eamon Wallace, Dalton McDonagh, Michael Newman.

A fairly new looking team. Hopefully Cillian O'Sullivan has a good game but also that these forwards start getting to know each other, with experience they could be dangerous enough.

Louth might never get a better chance to beat Meath. Needs a strong ref

I don't know why but I have the feeling we'll win this by a fair amount. Just a hunch.

What secrets does Mick Dowd have on the county chairman to still be in a job? Ye ran the last two guys for less.

thejuice

No secret just a general apathy.

After the 2014 result against Dublin people realise that the problems we have are more fundamental. Changing managers won't solve anything.

Time to bring big joe back. He would sacrifice anything for a win.

I think Joe and Cian Ward should still be on the county panel even for them lads to come off the bench could be a big boost and some bit of experience that every squad needs.
