never been the biggest fan of mcgeady but if Roberto reckons he can do a job for us that's good enough for me. we're suffering big time with injuries at the minute and the squad is being really stretched. it will be a nightmare if barkley is out for a long period. hopefully we can get another 1 or 2 new faces in.

a fiver would be more than enough to watch what are basically glorified challenge matches. I know the current admission price puts a lot of genuine gaa people off.

4th tough game in a row for United in Carrow Road which included two defeats do Norwich play that well against the other top sides in the PL?

Very busy January ahead hopefully some of the injured players will be back.

Wed 1 Jan - Spurs (H)
Sun 5 Jan - Swansea (H) FA cup
Tue 7 Jan - Sunderland (A) League cup semi final 1st leg
Sat 11 Jan - Swansea (H)
Sun 19 Jan - Chelsea (A)
Wed 22 Jan - Sunderland (H) League cup semi final 2nd leg
Sat 25th Jan - Possible FA cup tie?
Tue 28 Jan - Cardiff (H)

Not sure why you need quote something with possible & question mark Bunker.

Just looking at the month ahead really. Actually should be interesting to see Utd real team play Swansea next Saturday. Today's result could be a blessing in disguise as they have enough on their plate this season without a run in a cup they were never going to win!
blessing in disguise that your out of the cup!!! your beginning to sound like aston villa or west ham not man utd.

The body language between Keane and Ian Wright. Hilarious.
Walcott baiting the spurs fans while on the stretcher was hilarious.

the comments from lambert that villa could do without the fa cup surely didn't help. I know premiership survival is the be all and end all, but for a club the size of villa for the manager to sound like he didn't care if they went through or not was bad. what did villa fans think?

reports on twitter that aiden mcgeady is set to sign on free transfer and with heitinga set to sign for west ham it looks like Martinez is looking to get any business done early. hopefully we can get a couple more in and end the season strongly. if mcgeady signs that'll be 4 irish internationals in the squad and another (shane duffy) out on loan.

hoping to start 2014 with a wee win. going for 3 draws between palace/Norwich, stoke/everton and west brom/Newcastle. also have a feeling that Fulham and sunderland might sneak wins today.

some of the 'bigger names' on the down squad not included in the McKenna cup panel. no benny, poly, ambrose, mcveigh, Laverty or mckernan. surprised to see eoin mccartan still there. hopefully the 3 McKenna cup games can be used to unearth a couple of new players ready to compete for a starting place come league time.

Sinn Fein councillors in a drunken brawl on their Xmas do in Belfast City Hall, wrecked the bogs, causing two grand of damage. They must have fell out over how the grant money was getting carved up this year  ;D

More lies, prove it.Glad to see you believe everything the DUP tell you.

So they will be taking legal action against the paper that printed the story ?

I know Martin Og and you boys are a bit thick but the paper only printed that the DUP accused the Shinners of this so learn to read what is printed before talking nonsense.
so the official party line is 'we didn't wreck the bogs'  ;)

Martinez doing some stuff at Everton - he's been manager of the first half of the season for sure.
heard them saying on bbc at lunchtime that pardew was the manager of the season so far. for me Martinez, Brendan rogers and wenger would all be ahead of him with Roberto obviously at no.1.
