Might have been a bit of hope if West Ham won but not now.
When you think you're fucked you're only about 40% fucked.

Capt Pat

It is points dropped by city today. I don't see them dropping points at home to Villa.

Liverpool still have to win both their games of course.

Agent Gerrard to take points off them and Liverpool to get 6 points. Job done!  :P

A draw in that game ISN'T a lot different that a 1 goal win for west ham...Klopp was probably thinking he could make wholesale changes for Tuesday but now will need to rethink

Ill take it. At the very least it makes it more likely that the race goes to the final day and that City will need to win their final game to become champions. We wont see as weak a team on Tuesday now as you might have thought!

Absolutely take it!

Magic to get the hands on the FA Cup again and delighted for Kostas to be the hero.

A glimmer of hope in the league again, but still very unlikely. We may not even get over Southampton.

One thing that's been annoying me over the last couple of weeks is that when both Mane and Jota have been on the pitch, he's been leaving Mane in the centre and putting Jota out wide. Jota is top class in the centre, but only mediocre out wide - whereas Mane is equally effective either way. So makes no sense to have Jota wide.

Capt Pat

Christensen the Chelsea defender pulled out of the final on saturday when he wasn't injured. It is not known why he didn't play.

He's had a bit of an injury plagued season and some are saying he didn't want to risk an aggravation prior to joining up with Barca in the summer.

That's a good point.  Travelling down there after the exertions of Saturday, will be hard enough.  It would be nice to get a win though and take it to the last game.
That's just, like your opinion man.

Klopp made the point in the press conference as well that its Southamptons last home game of the season so they will want a win.

Man City could only manage 2 draws in the league with Southampton this season so they can up their game when they need to.
