sure they only booed when derry were on the ball
As above, they were Dublin fans expecting the home team to win. Dublin played the same defensive tactics throughout. Did you see the game?

yes i was at it,why would i comment on something if i didnt see, hear it?

Im sorry lads but that was brutal stuff from derry,i am not niave enough to think we could  go toe to toe with the dubs but by god if thats the tactics were going to use in future i for one wont be paying good money to watch it,the dubs were 100% correct in booing it IMO

Any doubts people had about Steven Gerard leaving g should be well gone now,in the space if a year he has lost Liverpool the title and now has pretty much cost them a top four finish.

I know this is a topic I have mentioned before, but with the story going that Yaya Toure is leaving City this summer for about 20M and Inter being interested, should Liverpool not have a run at him. Not sure City will sell to another English club, but he'd be a decent fit...

not a chance, a lazy ballocks with no heart, talented but enough enough to fit in to rodgers way of thinking and a player who takes the hump becuase his club didnt give him a birthday cake!!well Barca knew what they were doing when they let him go.

A player i have been very critical of in the past,Joe Allen,he was fantastic yesterday his best game in a liverpool shirt by a distance.

Derry - Brian Mullins & Brian McIver

Brian Mullins was a terrible manager from what I can remember and McIver at least is there at the minute and can do something about his poor record thus far!

are you serious?he won us a national league and our last ulster title..not that bad imo

Another problem Liverpool will have once GERARD leaves is a dead ball specialist,Henderson has been taking frees around the box and he's a disaster, and the corners have been poor

Nope wasn't on,I seem to have been misinformed

Like most people when i first read this story i was shocked that Kevin could be treated this way but after reading the GAA's response i thought Kevin's article was a bit OTT and  also contradictory in that he talked about taking his children away from gaa to rugby but then he says he's involved with this years u/12's.Also in the way the journalist edited the first article it didn't exactly look good on Lavey which i know for fact they gave tremendous support to Kevin and his family but he seemed to put this right with his second article the next day.
I know a very high official within Derry and i made a point of finding out the full story and what he told me was John Keenan drove directly to Croke Park to sort out the problem with the insurance and left with a payout for Kevin and this was all done within 4 days!!i very much doubt local amateur soccer or rugby would have dealt with this any better,so i think Kevin is being a bit harsh on the GAA although i can also understand his sentiments regarding insurance for GAA player, there is a loop hole there and Kevin is right in highlighting it but IMO wrong to criticise the GAA foe it,I'm am very sure now that that particular loop hole has been brought to light the GAA will some how ratified its position on insurance.
I know Kevin very well as he only lives down the road and i can tell you that you wont find a more decent genuine man and i am very sure the Irish news over egged the pudding regarding his article.
Kevin is on the late late tonight so it will be interesting to hear it from the horse mouth so to speak.
