Look-Up!

The All or Nothing series I found very good. Watched a few of them. All the PL ones were good. Enjoyed the Pep one the best. Ice hockey one very good too. Found no problem watching multiple episodes with them.

For drama, Man in High Castle on Prime springs to mind, don't know if you've seen it. Carnival Row was ok.

Either binge series or good films. Tks

Slow Horses on Apple TV justifies the subscription fee on its own, well worth it.
Excellent show, highly recommend.

Took a 3 month free trial to give this a rattle.

Gary Oldman's character is brilliant.

Me and her binge watched Slow Horses over Christmas, did the same last Christmas with Yellowstone.

Slow Horses is terrific. Can't wait for season 4 already and given its success and has plenty of source material, hopefully they'll keep up the habit of filming two series back to back so we get 5 and 6 as well, as 5 has already been commissioned.

Just started series 3. Loved first two series. As has been stated on here multiple times Oldman is fantastic in it. Plays the character so well. Well assisted by Lowden and Scott Thomas.
Glad to hear more seasons planned. When is 4 being released?

I didn't know the Slow Horses movie had been released.

Has anyone seen Sing Street and would it be worth watching?

Watched Beyond Utopia, film on underground railroad trying to get people out of North Korea. Excellent watch, very tough viewing at times but great people in it too. In subtitles though for those with poor vision.

Just watch it, the film has enough accolades to deserve a viewing.

It's a musical. That's code for "just f**king skip it."

Saltburn.  Beautifully shot, very well acted. Plot a bit shit though. Just about watchable. 4/10

Here lads... ye only thought Saltburn was mental.

Wait until you watch Poor Things. It's completely batshit from start to finish. Weird and disgusting and funny well acted and completely bananas.

I still haven't decided if it's good or bad yet but I'm leaning towards good. I laughed more in shock than humour.

It's worth a look but not for the faint of heart plenty of gore and riding and nudity!

I'm interested to hear anyone else's take on it.

Emma Stone is a shoo in for the Oscar after it.

Just shows what a bad year it was for films if Barbie and Oppenheimer are up for the big one.
