Quote from: general_lee on Today at 10:54:20 AMSo we have already apportioned blame in the most recent fatalities to the deceased because of their age?  :o

The three prior fatal collisions have claimed 5 lives, all over the age of 30. The road in its current form is simply unfit for purpose.

Yes, that's what  I was thinking.  Not all accidents are youngsters in  their teens or 20's.

Also , you could be the best driver in the world , but  sometimes  you can  just be unlucky .

Anyway, awful news  again from the A5.

Just get that frigging road done!

Of course the 6 counties has a speed restriction on persons driving for the first year, and this driver cannot have been much beyond that. But there is no useful enforcement.
Moving to some sort of electronic gadget is the way forward, so that people get into the habit of driving normally in their first few years. Perhaps like the proposed smoking restriction you could require new drivers to have electronic monitoring from now on.

That's what I'm getting at, we know about the 45mph limit for R drivers but at 2am in the morning kids are going full on in a car that is not that standard of pace we had back in the day.

Its not difficult for cars to have them, in fact a lot of vehicles do

At least Bryson isn't hiding behind a fake name like 99.9% of the hate filled bastids on there are

When will people catch about twitter? Like I know I've umpteen posts on here, but that's my limit, of social media, when someone talks to me about what they seen on twitter or some said this on TikTok I'm immediately rolling my eyes and wanting to bash their heads in

Will Twitter and the like get worst or will it die a death?

Just listened to part 3 of the Christy Moore interview on Free State.. He was talking about these online 'patriots' who are seemingly afraid of nothing, but using their own names

What must the parents be going through? Crazy, hate it when my daughters home and heads out to meet her mates, I know a crash can happen anywhere but those fast roads with poor enough visibility, bad entry and exit roads need to go!

Coupled with speed restrictions on cars of kids up to a certain age
