The sort of thing that we don't see any more. Unless Mayo break their duck.
As an Armagh man it's personally 2002, obviously, but other than that,
My favourite was Clare Hurlers in 1995. Ger, Davy, Dalo, The Lohans, The Sparrow, Jamesie, Marty, The Clare Roar, Up the Banner!
Would have to be Armagh in 02. The joy it brought me I've never experienced again. To see the swathes of Orange in Croke that day still makes me sentimental. Geezer holding it up and someone holding his chest. Magic. Armagh broke through that day and went on to dominate.

And you wonder why Tyrone are despised throughout the country?
Down 1960; first team to take Sam across the border.
Leitrim in 94.
I know it wouldn't be everyone's cup of tea, but I love Seamus O'Rourke's monologue about it.
Donegal 92, Unexpected as Dublin were big favourites for the game.

Clare 1992
Cavan 1997
Clones in 99 Armagh v Donegal.

Yes, if you are talking about domination in Ulster - They went on to win 5 off the next 7 Ulster Championships. ;)

Yeah, loving it! 😉🕺🏼
Wexford in 96.
1980 - Offaly beat Kilkenny for the first time to win their first Leinster title.
The scenes are even more epic because so few people attended, assuming it was a foregone conclusion.

It was some team, big Ollie Collins and the younger bro, O'Dwyer, the Biggs's not to mention some course Christians in their defence.

McKeever was some defender on that team to, being an Antrim man I didn't begrudge those titles they won, massive period of hurling in Derry at the time. The Derry teams that played in the Antrim juvenile leagues were a step above also, was always a quieter bus on the way home :-[
Aherlow winning the U21 in 1992 was up there.
